1021 HIGH SOLIDS SEALANT is a one part all weather self-leveling sealant designed and formulated to provide excellent weather resistance. It features high solids, low V.O.C. content, and no hazardous air pollutants (HAP). This compound provides good adhesion to a variety of substrates. This product has good low temperature resistance and will not crack at -40oF. Typically used in RV applications where a long-term weather tight seal with good ozone and UV resistance are required. Cured sealant is paintable. Surfaces should be free of dirt, oil, or other contaminants. A solvent cleaned surface is optimum. SHELF LIFE: 1 year in unopened containers BASE: EPDM SOLVENT: Heptane VISCOSITY: 80,000 – 200,000 cps COVERAGE: 380 lineal ft/gal COLOR: White MINIMUM APPLICATION TEMP: 60ËšF CAUTION: THIS MATERIAL MAY BE HARMFUL OR FATAL IF SWALLOWED.
