• Not compatible with other brands of awnings-fits only those Carefree awnings noted
• Includes the complete replacement spring assembly, ships with no tension
• WARNING – This replacement part requires working with the awning roller springs which are under tension
• When removed from the arm, the spring is under EXTREME tension and will unwind quickly
• Keep hands clear while FIRMLY holding the vice grips
• Do not try to hold the end plug by hand
• Failure to follow the instructions can result in personal injury
